Annex 1-Cybersecurity in Operational Technology (OT) Needs Assessment Survey

Survey Purpose

This survey aims to assess cybersecurity challenges, strategies, and training needs in Operational Technology (OT) environments across industries. The collected data will help improve cybersecurity policies, workforce development, and industry best practices.

Survey Scope

This survey is conducted as part of the Cyber4OT project under the Digital Europe Programme to analyze cybersecurity needs and capabilities in OT environments.

Survey Sections

1. 1. General Information – Collects company details, industry, role, and compliance requirements.
2. 2. Cybersecurity in Organizations – Examines how OT cybersecurity is managed, security tools used, vulnerabilities, and incident response mechanisms.
3. 3. OT Cybersecurity Skills & Training Needs – Identifies skill gaps, training availability, and areas for improvement.

Use of Data

The information will be analyzed in aggregate form to identify industry trends, improve cybersecurity frameworks, and support workforce training. No personally identifiable information will be shared.
